    Q: Do you have any charges for delivery services?
    A: Our free delivery scheme is as follows:

    Sembawang, Yishun and Woodlands - min $40 purchase
    Central Business District with CBD ERP Gantry - min. $55 purchase + $3 ERP Gantry
    Islandwide - min. $55 purchase
    For orders that do not meet the minimum required purchase, there will be a delivery charge of $6

    Q: Does PawMart deliver overseas?
    A: We do, anywhere in the world. Customers have to bear the shipping cost though and you can expect your package right at your own doorsteps

    Q: Which courier services do Pawmart normally uses?
    A: Locally, we uses Singapore Post.
    DHL, Fedex and vPost are most welcome

    Q: What are your delivery timings?
    A: Our delivery time slots are:
    8am to 2pm
    2pm to 5pm
    7pm to 10pm

    Please kindly indictate your preference delivery timing and we will try our utmost best to deliver on the same day but please allow 1-2 days for your package to be ready

    Q: When can we expect our delivery?
    A: We will try to expedite all our orders within 2 working days (due to stocks availability).
    As a guideline, cut off timing for same day delivery is 2pm.

    Q: How do you ensure that shopping here will give our credit information the security we need?
    A: We ensure you that our site is maintain everyday and you can rest assure that your security and information is vital to us, as much as it is towards you.

    Returns & Replacements

    Q: If my products is spoilt or defective, could I return & exchange?
    A: We will exchange all products due to manufacturers defects within 7 days in its original packaging and accompanied with reciept. Dog food products once opened and found to defective can be exchanged within 7 days, but this happens rarely as we trust our distributors to give us a 100% good quality, naturally processed and top-notch products

    Q: What are your operating hours?
    A: Our online shop operates 24 hours, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. =D

    Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    Q: What payment modes do you accept?
    A: We accept COD (Cash-On-Delivery), cash cheque.
    Alternatively, you could do payment via bank transfer to POSB CURRENT account number 809-14937-4 a day before delivery is made

    Q: Is there GST charges on top of your discounted prices?
    A: We Absorb GST, what you see is what you get!
